The restaurant boasts a delectable menu with a wide variety of dishes to cater to every taste. Additionally, the swimming pool features a small aqua park that guarantees endless joy for kids. The hotel's location is conveniently situated near essential services, ensuring easy access to everything you may need during your stay. However, it is worth noting that the entertainment team could use some improvement.

The hotel is excellent and the staff were wonderful, especially الاستاذ/ نجيب حلمي Mr. Naguib Helmy, he was really cooperative, respectful, and well-mannered. The hotel is clean, the swimming pool is wonderful, the beach is beautiful and clean, and the entertainment is excellent. The only comment is about the dinner buffet. It needs attention and variety of items, and some of the food was cold. But in general, the hotel is excellent and I will come back to stay there again

I recently spent five incredible nights and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything about my stay was perfect. What made my stay truly exceptional was the service from the staff, specially Najeb from reception, chef Naser from Palm Island restaurant, Najeh from housekeeping and animation staff, very special thanks to Sasha who makes my kids very happy.

Room is comfortable with best view. Staff is helpful. Food is excellent with a lot of varieties. We needed a doctor, the clinic was helpful and fast to respond however we were at middle of night.
